Rehubbed is an educational platform for sharing rehabilitation and movement exercises. Content is contributed by users and clinicians and is for informational purposes only — it is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Accounts are protected by email/password or supported social sign-in. Sessions are managed by our authentication provider. Each user can access only their own private data (saved items, private notes, drafts); collaborative collections are visible only to invited members in the role you grant them (viewer or editor).
Administrative actions (moderation, role changes) are restricted to accounts with the admin role and are enforced server-side.
We store the data you provide to use the product: profile details, uploaded exercise media, collections, comments, clinical notes, likes, saves, and follows. Media is stored in private buckets and served via short-lived signed URLs.
We do not sell your personal data.
Rehubbed is built on managed cloud infrastructure that provides encryption in transit, managed Postgres with row-level security, and isolated storage. The Rehubbed team is responsible for application logic, access policies, and product configuration. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and the content you choose to publish or share.
Rehubbed relies on our hosting and database provider for compute, storage, and authentication. Additional integrations (such as model providers used for assistive features) are introduced only as needed. Contact us for the current list.
You can delete your content from within the app. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us using the address below and we will action the request.
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email the Rehubbed team rather than disclosing it publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond as quickly as we can.
